Key Notes

Experience leading high-value competitive bids, pricing strategy and bid governance is required. You’ll run Masabi’s international transit tenders from qualification to award, coordinating commercial and technical contributors while developing the bids function. The full-time position is remote within the UK and includes responsibility for bid processes, content, resourcing and practical AI tooling.

What You'll Work On

  • Lead transit-agency bids from qualification through submission, clarification and award, coordinating commercial and technical inputs across the response process.
  • Develop tender pricing and commercial strategy with Product, Engineering, Services, Legal, Finance and Business Development contributors for agency opportunities.
  • Build the bids function’s people, processes, content and governance, including resourcing and practical AI tools for preparing competitive submissions.
