Key Notes
Five product teams and five Product Managers sit within Blacklane's Chauffeur Domain, covering supply, pricing, dispatch and the marketplace. The London role sets the domain strategy while balancing chauffeur, partner and guest needs, with three office days each week. The candidate profile lists at least five years in product management and four managing Product Managers; relevant mobility or marketplace experience is explicitly a bonus.
What You'll Work On
- Define the Chauffeur Domain's product vision and priorities across supply, pricing, dispatch and marketplace capabilities.
- Manage, mentor and develop five Product Managers, aligning their team roadmaps and KPIs around the highest-impact problems.
- Partner with engineering, data science and operations on technically complex changes to the chauffeur platform.
- Balance chauffeur and partner needs against guest experience when making rapid product trade-offs.
- Use market dynamics and partner behaviour to refine the roadmap and represent the domain with leaders, partners and adjacent teams.
Why This Role Matters
- Blacklane's chauffeur supply, pricing, dispatch and marketplace systems share one domain, so its priorities shape how booked demand is matched with available service.
- Five product roadmaps feed the Chauffeur Domain strategy, making consistent KPIs and data-led trade-offs important to both partner economics and guest experience.
