At Etches Park, you’ll follow a structured Fleet Graduate Engineer programme at Etches Park, rotating through depot operations, engineering leadership, projects, commercial work and safety. The post supports fleet projects, technical maintenance issues, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration while progressing toward Incorporated or Chartered status with a dedicated mentor. An Engineering Council-accredited engineering degree, strong analytical skills and willingness to travel across the business are required. Applications close 27 September 2026.
What You'll Work On
- Rotate through fleet production, operations, engineering, safety and commercial teams, contributing to technical projects and improvements across the graduate programme.
- Support fleet-engineering investigations and maintenance problem-solving, working with colleagues on technical issues and the processes used to resolve them.
- Maintain a development log and work with a Chartered Engineer mentor towards accreditation, building internal and industry relationships throughout the programme.
