Key Notes
Several completed ERP implementations are the main experience filter for this permanent, hybrid position in Milton Keynes. The programme connects Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll with the construction programme. You initially report to the Finance Director, with a later move to the Head of Transformation; the delivery team is expected to grow.
What You'll Work On
- Lead the ERP programme from requirements through implementation, coordinating schedules, budgets and resources across the participating corporate functions.
- Direct process redesign, data migration, integration and testing across the new ERP platform and its dependent business systems.
- Manage cutover and stabilisation, reporting programme assurance and realised benefits to senior leadership and the relevant governance boards.
Why This Role Matters
- Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll will share an integrated ERP platform, replacing fragmented processes through the programme’s migration and standardisation work.
- EWR’s transition to the new ERP depends on tested integrations and managed cutover; post-launch stabilisation addresses disruption to the participating corporate functions.
