What You'll Work On
- Lead commercial negotiations for material procurement, setting deal objectives, alternatives, walk-away positions and commercial levers through signed contract.
- Analyse Dott spend by vendor, category, entity and country to identify overpriced contracts, savings opportunities, anomalies and compliance gaps.
- Create short and long-term procurement strategies for indirect categories and major vendors with Finance, Legal and functional owners.
- Automate spend analysis, contract-lifecycle reporting, benchmarking and procurement KPIs using AI, ERP, P2P and contract-management tools.
- Manage supplier onboarding, risk, performance, renewals and terminations, ensuring material contracts receive commercial review before automatic renewal.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes five or more years in strategic procurement, sourcing or commercial negotiation, at least €500,000 in annual savings, and two or more years in a start-up or scale-up.
- Technical: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability, including pivots, graphs and data modelling, is sought.
- Technical: Familiarity with ERP, P2P and contract-management platforms and experience building or deploying AI procurement solutions are sought.
- Qualification: A master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field is sought.
- Language: Fluent spoken and written English is sought.
- Preferred: Mobility, transport, logistics, fleet, cloud procurement, FinOps, energy procurement, CIPS, CPSM or equivalent credentials, and additional European languages are advantageous.
