Using rail-demand and revenue analysis, you’ll manage rail-advisory projects covering demand and revenue forecasting, economic appraisal and commercial analysis, while supporting proposals and client development. The work uses rail data to inform operators, government, Network Rail, regulators and transport authorities. Experience with PDFH, MOIRA or MOIRA2 and Green Book or DfT TAG business cases is sought. This is a permanent hybrid role across five UK offices.
What You'll Work On
- Lead rail analysis covering demand, revenue, performance and economic appraisal, developing business-case evidence using Green Book and DfT TAG guidance.
- Manage rail advisory proposals, client relationships and junior colleagues’ delivery, coordinating analytical work against the requirements of each commission.
- Translate rail-data findings into recommendations for operators, government and transport authorities, explaining the evidence supporting the options being assessed.
