B2B account growth and commuter-emissions reduction are the responsibilities of this Mobilityways manager. You’ll own a portfolio of large employers, negotiate expansion and coordinate consultancy and product work against client impact plans. Significant account-management and sales-development experience and commercial results are required, with technology demonstrations and confident client presentations. The full-time Norwich role is hybrid; enterprise SaaS, sustainability, behaviour change and a full UK driving licence are desirable.

What You'll Work On

  • Own large-employer relationships and retention or expansion plans, tracking churn risk, opportunity pipelines and recurring licence value across the account portfolio.
  • Develop client impact plans that connect commercial growth to commuter-emissions outcomes, coordinating sustainability measures, employee engagement and operational objectives.
  • Lead onboarding and account expansion from new contacts through demonstrations, proposals and negotiation, coordinating Product, Commutology and external partners around client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot account records and report progress against OKRs, identifying risks and improvements in client service, efficiency and portfolio outcomes.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Significant B2B account management and sales development with proven commercial success.
  • Technical: Office 365 confidence and the ability to explain and demonstrate technology to clients.
  • Stakeholder: Strong presentations, written accuracy and communication across client levels.
  • Experience: Project planning, time management and independent organisation against KPIs and targets.
  • Preferred: Sustainability, enterprise SaaS, behaviour change and a full UK driving licence are desirable.
